Power Berry Smoothie

1 banana, ripe, peeled, and cut up into chunks
1⁄2 c. blueberries
1⁄2 c. strawberries and raspberries
1 1⁄2 c. choice of milk: skim or low-fat milk, soy, hemp, rice
1⁄4 c. flax meal (powder)
2 t. flax oil
2 t. honey
Add yogurt as preferred

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. This recipe makes 2 - 10 oz servings.
