Seasoned Salmon
ingredients:
- 1 Salmon Filet
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil,
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
1 scallion, chopped
- 2 tsp. Heart Shape’s Flax Olive Sunflower oil
instructions:
Brush salmon lightly with a medium-grade extra-virgin olive oil, coat with chopped garlic and chopped scallions. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Next broil for 5 minutes or until the top gets a crust. Sprinkle with Heart Shape’s Flax Olive Sunflower oil and let sit for a few minutes. Serve.
