Power Berry Smoothie

ingredients:

  • 1 banana, ripe, peeled, and cut up into chunks
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 1/2 c. strawberries and raspberries
  • 1 1/2 c. choice of milk: skim or low-fat milk, soy, hemp, rice
  • 1/4 c. flax meal (powder)
  • 2 t. flax oil
  • 2 t. honey
  • Add yogurt as preferred

instructions:

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. This recipe makes 2 - 10 oz servings.
